1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Tumr platform, API, dashboard, or mobile applications, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.
2. Platform Description
Tumr provides a logistics aggregation platform connecting merchants, carrier companies, and delivery riders. We facilitate shipment creation, multi-carrier routing, real-time tracking, and escrow-based payment settlement across African markets.
3. User Accounts
- You must provide accurate registration information and maintain its currency
- You are responsible for all activity under your account and API keys
- API keys must be stored securely and never exposed in client-side code
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized account access
4. Escrow & Payments
Delivery fees are held in escrow by Tumr until proof-of-delivery is verified (via OTP or QR code). Upon verification, funds are released to the carrier wallet minus applicable platform fees. Merchants agree that refunds for failed deliveries are subject to our dispute resolution process.
5. API Usage
API access is subject to rate limits. Production API keys are issued after account verification. You agree not to use the API for any unlawful purpose, to reverse-engineer the platform, or to exceed documented rate limits. We reserve the right to revoke API access for policy violations.
6. Liability
Tumr facilitates logistics connections but is not a carrier. We are not liable for physical damage to goods in transit, rider behavior, or carrier operational failures. Our liability is limited to the platform fees collected on the transaction in question.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days written notice. Tumr may immediately suspend accounts for fraud, policy violations, or non-payment. Upon termination, outstanding escrow balances will be settled according to standard procedures.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Lagos, Nigeria.
